Our three storey houses are all to Houses of Multiple Occupation standard and the two storey houses are all University of Essex Accredited.
We live in close proximity to the houses which means that any problems regarding maintenance are dealt with promptly.

22 Rosalind Close has been a brilliant place to live in whilst we have been studying. The house feels really homely to live in, as it’s decorated nicely and has comfortable furnishings. The house is a short walk from the university along the trail which we always enjoyed walking through. The landlords are really attentive and are always happy to help with any queries or problems we had! They were always quick to respond to us so it was easy to contact them. It’s a brilliant student house to live in - so much nicer than others we looked at! We lived here for our last 2 years of university and it was really important to us to have a nice place to live (for a good university experience!) and our house really exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this house!

When we moved in the house was really clean and organized and I felt very comfortable moving in. Any issues we had were resolved quickly and efficiently and the landlords were all incredibly helpful.

The house was just what we were looking for. It is very spacious and the rooms had good storage for clothes. The location is great, it is within walking distance to the university and the Tesco Superstore, there are also bus stops nearby to go downtown and to the train station. It is a great place for students.
