Our three storey houses are all to Houses of Multiple Occupation standard and the two storey houses are all University of Essex Accredited.
We live in close proximity to the houses which means that any problems regarding maintenance are dealt with promptly.

174 Avon Way has been the best student house I have lived in. The rooms are nice, well-decorated and furnished. And most importantly, the kitchen is a perfect size for a 5 bedroom house! Additionally, the landlords have always been helpful when we’ve needed repairs done around the house, the process was quick and we were kept in the loop consistently when anyone would need to visit the house for repairs, or any other reason, such as house viewings. If I were still going to be a student next year, I would definitely have chosen to continue my tenancy.
